[Fire Empire Assignments] 11/21/2012

Assignments are due tonight at Midnight EST

(( Due to Holidays clashing with School finals and other such things, the Fire Assignments will be extended for another week, giving anyone who hasn't finished their assignments another 7 days to turn them in. Anyone who needs another extension, must note the group or Hawklier with in-detail reasons as to why you should be allowed this extra time.

Any members who fail to turn in their assignments will receive a death-strike on their character(s). Gain three of these, and your character will be killed and removed from the group. Please make sure you have all your assignments turned in on time, and if you're unable to complete them, note the group about it. That's all.

Members who have been excused from their assignments have given legitimate reasons as to why they cannot finish or cannot submit their assignments as of this month, and perhaps the next few assignments as well. Please do not request to be excused unless you have a serious and reasonable excuse as to why you need it.

Greetings Fire Empire, once again it is time for our assignments to come and pass. The winter months are now upon us and because of that, we need to make sure that we are at tip top shape before the coming snow storms. I'd like to welcome every new member into our midst and hope to see Fire Empire doing well despite the fires that have ravaged our bordering lands with Shadow Empire.

Due to the recent return of Abiola, I will personally be leading border patrol with Circe, Chepa, Xenon, Ceres, and Nada to make sure that Lightning knows that our empire is not going to take kindly to anybody crossing borders like the members of Air Empire did a few months ago. I want to make sure that we've got enough members to also hold our ground of we come across an enemy patrol. I hope it doesn't come down to a fight, but there is the small chance that somebody will not act well to our presence.

Andromeda, take  Alcina, Arria, Azarual, Verescia, and Anaya out into one of the larger sections of the forest and practice ambush tactics for both prey and hunters alike. I want to make that we are at tip top shape when it comes to attacking others in case we have to deal with another attack from the hunters in the future. Please report back to me the progress. Take Alynnia with you as well so you have another full grown gladiator to help you with the apprentices. Hopefully that will be enough for both of you to handle. If there are any problems, kindly report back to me so that the apprentice that is too foolhardy to listen will be sent to clean out the dens next time we hold assignments.

Brutus, since you seem to have such a wonderful way with cubs, I figure that you and Aven will be put on cub watch this time around. All of the cubs need to get their energy out so if you feel like letting them out of the camp and into one of the clearings nearby, I don't have an issue with it. After all I'm leaving Nimbus, Aglaia, and Esse i camp to make sure that the blacksmiths Abella and Felix get their metal stores sorted out. I want to make sure that everything can easily be found within that den by the time we're done. Also, speaking of cleaning, Claudius, have Leaf help you clean out any unneeded or unusable herbs from your stores. With winter right around the corner I'm sure that we need to make sure everything is in tip top shape.

Dante, I want you to take Tryn, Fuego, Theodoron, and Koda out to the southern forests to find something to hunt. I'm more than positive that after the fire with shadow, there is a surplus of prey there that needs to be taken care of anyway. We need the meat to prepare for this winter, so, while remembering to be wise in your hunting options, make sure you do not overdo any of your hunting. We don't want to cause a shortage for the winter.

Caleyo, can you take Kai, Kairi, and Canicus out to inspect the border with shadow? I'm rather curious to see how the wildlife is growing back after two months, so if you could return with some good news I'd greatly appreciate it. Treat this like any other border patrol though and mark any standing trees or boulders with our territory marking to insure that our presence is still noted by the Shadow Empire. I don't want them to think that just because a fire ravaged their territory means that we are going to go easy on them. They should know better than that.
